2015 Nissan Frontier at Preston Nissan

2015 nissan frontier at preston

Although full-size pickup trucks grab most of the headlines in the U.S., not everyone needs all of the capabilities of these large vehicles. That is where the 2015 Nissan Frontier comes in. It’s considered a compact-to-midsize pickup where as something like the F-150 is a full-size pickup truck. Truth is, the Frontier sometimes fits the needs of consumers better than full-sizers. Here at Preston Nissan in Hurlock, MD, we know the needs of our customers who have come from over 3,600 zip codes in the United States and abroad!

The 2015 Nissan Frontier is offered in two body styles: Extended and Crew Cab, with the Extended Cab being referred to as the King Cab. Crew Cab comes with a standard 5’ bed or optional 6.1’ bed; while the King Cab comes standard with the longer of the two beds. Where you get limited options on the body style, you get many options in terms of trim levels: S, SV, Desert Runner, Pro-4X and SL.2015 nissan frontier at preston The base model, S, comes with a minimal amount of standard features including front bucket seats, rear privacy glass, and cloth upholstery. As you move up to the SV you get keyless entry and a 5” display screen, with many more optional features. These are the two base models of the 2015 Nissan Frontier which can be found at the Preston Autoplex in Hurlock, Maryland. The next step up is the Dessert Runner, which has a pretty cool name and adds some pretty cool things. It receives upgraded high-performance shock absorbers and off-road tires. These advancements are made for those who will actually be taking this truck off-roading. Same thing goes for the next model: The Pro-4X. This has the works; off-road tires, a locking rear differential, underbody skid plates and a 5.8’ infotainment system. The Pro-4X has consistently made the top of the list of best off-road vehicles. Finally, the top trim, the SL, loses all the off-road equipment but retains the Luxury Package, which includes a sunroof, side steps into the cabin, and leather wrapped steering wheel. 2015 nissan frontier at prestonThe 2015 Nissan Frontier at Preston Nissan is offered with a choice of two engines. The 2.5-liter four-cylinder comes standard in the Extended Cab S and SV models; whereas the other models all come with the more powerful 4.0-liter V6. EPA-estimated fuel economy for each engine is right around 19mpg, which isn’t terribly appealing to buyers. However, if the manual transmission is chosen it ups the miles per gallon to an average of 21. There are a lot of configurations for the 2015 Nissan Frontier, but bottom line – there is no compact or midsize truck better than this one. It offers superior everyday drive-ability and even more exceptional off-road driving abilities. If this kind of truck sounds like it would be for you, then please call us at 877-875-5594 or come in to see what we can do to make your deal! We’re located at the Maryland intersections of 318 and 331; it may be getting colder but our deals are still red hot, so come see us today!

Preston Cares Donates $25,000 to Support Can-Do Playground Project

The Kind of Place Every Community Needs The heart of Preston Automotive Group has always been in the communities we serve. Every initiative we support through Preston Cares is rooted in one simple belief: when we come together, we can create something truly meaningful for the people around us. That’s why we’re incredibly proud to share that we recently donated $25,000 to the Can-Do Playground Project at Hudson Park in Sussex County through our Preston Cares program. A Place Where Every Child Belongs From the moment we learned about this project, we knew it was something special. The Can-Do Playground is being thoughtfully designed as a fully inclusive space where children of all abilities can play side by side. When complete, the playground will feature: Play areas for children ages 2–5 Play areas for children ages 5–12 A swing area A quiet sensory space for children who need a more calming environment For the more than 8,000 children with disabilities in Sussex County, this space will offer something incredibly powerful: the chance to simply be a kid and play without limits. Built by a Community That Cares What makes this project even more meaningful is the passion behind it. The Can-Do Playground is being brought to life by Sussex Rotary Can-Do Playground, Inc., a nonprofit formed by seven local Rotary clubs. Together with the Sussex County Land Trust, they are transforming Stephen P. Hudson Park into a place that will serve families for generations. This will be the fourth inclusive playground created by Sussex County Rotarians, each reflecting their deep commitment to building spaces where everyone feels welcome. Why This Matters to Us At Preston Automotive Group, we often say that it’s not about the cars, it’s about the people. Supporting this playground through our Preston Cares program is a perfect example of that. We believe every child deserves a place to laugh, explore, and connect. A place where differences are not barriers, but part of what makes the experience richer for everyone. This project speaks directly to that vision, and we’re honored to play a small part in helping bring it to life! Join Us in Making a Difference Moments like this remind us why Preston Cares exists. It’s about showing up, supporting one another, and helping build something bigger than ourselves. We’re grateful to stand alongside the Rotary clubs, the Sussex County Land Trust, and everyone working so hard to make the Can-Do Playground a reality. If you’d like to learn more about the project, visit https://www.candohudson.org/. To get involved, contact the team behind this incredible project at info@candohudson.org. PAG Donates to Historic Waterfowl Building

Preserving a Legacy: Dave Wilson Sr. and Preston Automotive Group Donate $25,000 to Restore Easton’s Historic Waterfowl Building

Pictured left to right: Wesley Cox, SVN - Miller Commercial Real Estate; Mark Behm, Treasurer; Deena Kilmon, Executive Director; Marina Wilson (PAG), Julie Susman, President; Tony Kern, Vice President In a heartfelt display of community commitment, we are proud to announce our founder, Dave Wilson Sr., has donated $25,000 to support critical roof repairs at the iconic Waterfowl Building in downtown Easton, Maryland. This generous contribution helps close a funding gap and ensures the beloved landmark remains a vibrant part of the Eastern Shore for generations to come. A Building Rich in History Built in 1927 as the National Guard Armory, the Waterfowl Building has served as a pillar of the Easton community for nearly a century. Over the years, it has hosted everything from political rallies and civic events to the cherished Waterfowl Festival each November, a celebration of conservation, heritage, and artistic expression rooted in the traditions of the Eastern Shore. The building continues to be a gathering place for residents and visitors alike, home to events like Plein Air Easton, the TIS Lip Sync Battle, and First Night Talbot. Its legacy is one of unity, education, and culture, making its preservation a community-wide priority. A Gift That Inspires “When the Preston Automotive Group learned of a funding gap in grant funds to make critical repairs to the Waterfowl Building’s roof, they stepped up—directing their 2025 gift to close it,” said Deena Kilmon, Executive Director of the Waterfowl Festival. “Their generosity is a powerful example of true community partnership. We are deeply grateful for this impactful contribution, which we hope will inspire others to support the restoration of this beloved landmark as it enters its second century of service to Talbot County's residents.” With deep roots in the Eastern Shore, the PAG family has long advocated for preserving the region’s cultural and environmental heritage. Our support for the Waterfowl Building restoration is both personal and community-driven, rooted in pride, tradition, and legacy. “We’re incredibly proud to support the restoration of a space that is a landmark to the town of Easton,” shares Wilson. “Supporting its restoration is about more than preserving a structure. It’s about honoring the memories, traditions, and sense of community that make the Eastern Shore feel like home.” Carrying the Tradition Forward Since its founding in 1971, the Waterfowl Festival, Inc. has raised more than $6 million to support wildlife conservation and education efforts across the Chesapeake region. From scholarships for local students to grants for conservation organizations, their mission has always been to protect what makes the Eastern Shore so extraordinary. Plans for interior renovations will unfold over the coming year, guided by community feedback and available funding. As Easton prepares to celebrate 100 years of this treasured building, the gift from Dave Wilson Sr. ensures that its legacy remains strong and its doors stay open for generations to come.
